Ayuvedic Treatments with Xenia
In Sanskrit (the classical language of South Asia and the traditional language of Hinduism and yoga), ‘ayurveda’ means ‘the science/knowledge of life. Originated in India more than 4000 years ago, Ayurveda encompasses the entire life of a person – body, mind and spirit. It combines science and philosophy, covering the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects necessary for health. Think of it as a programme for living. Rather than focusing on curing or treating individual problems as they arise, the Ayuvedic approach is holistic, healing and preventative.

Xenia is a senior Ayurvedic Therapist, Yoga and Meditation Teacher. Find out more about her on our people page
